Just like its little brother, the Daytona Beach is a combination of the larger Taj Mahal (Deep) & Beach Entry of the Clearwater Beach! It’s a bit to draw your mind around, but one thing is for sure: when you draw your umbrella up to relax outdoors you’ll cast away into a summer full of fun and future memories!

We design our swimming pools based on the technology behind boat hull construction and we use only the strongest manufacturing techniques and materials available for our designs. We credit the strength of our design based on solid fiberglass sheets and in fact, San Juan Pools is the only manufacturer to use Vinyl Esther Resin throughout the entire laminate structure.
San Juan Pools uses at least 48oz per square yard of woven roving everywhere, with many areas of the shell having more than 72 oz per square yard of woven roving.

The South Beach – A Shallow End Beach Entry Design

Welcome to San Juan Pools and our One Stop Shop – or should we say One Chop Shop? What are we up to now? Well, we’ve dabbled in fiberglass pool construction since 1958, crafting handmade American manufactured fiberglass swimming pools for pool builders across the country. We’ve built pools that can withstand frozen temperatures, floating pools, deep end pools and now: beach entry pools.

Creating a New Beach Entry Design!

From listening to our client feedback, our customers are loving our beach entry designs that we’ve introduced for the Clearwater Beach as well as the Huntington Beach. With such positive feedback, we’ve felt the drive to get back into the shed and craft another gorgeous fiberglass swimming pool that we’ve dubbed: The South Beach.

Wow! Look at the size of that thing! The South Beach is a massive combination of the discontinued Taj Mahal fiberglass pool with the Clear Water Beach Entry design. Together they create a huge swimming basin like never before seen in the fiberglass world!

Turning Something Old into Something New: Blending The Taj Mahal (discontinued) + Clearwater Beach

Taking two of our rock stars and blending them into one has been a task but one worth taking! Our fiberglass craftsmen did us a real favor by blending one of our crowd favorites (The Taj Mahal – now discontinued) with a new crowd pleaser: The Clearwater Beach. Both pools provide the swimmer with huge swimming basins and fabulous features due to their free form designs!

Now it’s time to create the best of both worlds. And why not? Who wouldn’t love a fabulous swimming pool basin mixed with a huge beach entry? A beach entry provides the perfect place to relax and unwind. It’s a place to sit in your favorite pool chair, sip on your favorite adult drink and let the troubles of the day slip by with suntan lotion and some Jimmy Buffett music.

The Biloxi – A Flat Bottom Fiberglass Pool with 4′ 2.5″ Depth

The Biloxi is a fiberglass swimming pool that we designed to appeal to clients with modern design tastes. It’s the perfect option for medium sized backyards and home owners who are looking to entertain.

The Biloxi includes a flat bottom layout with a maximum depth of 4′ 2.5″. Its shallow waters make it a comfortable swimming pool for swimmers of all skill levels. In addition, its flat bottom layout provides the perfect space for lap swimming or a plethora of water games. Hop in for a round of basketball, volleyball, water tennis or just raft floating. This pool is designed to entertain and be a hub for fun!

Long Tanning Ledge and Wide Shallow End Steps

Upon first glance, you’ll notice the very wide set of entry steps that lead into the Biloxi. Next you’ll notice that the top step is extra wide – providing the perfect space for our 9″ deep tanning ledge. We designed this tanning ledge to be a comfortable space for a large gathering.

However you utilize this space, we are sure that you’re going to love the spacious seating arrangement. Lastly, you have the ability to dress it up with LED lighting for a stunning nighttime display!

Corner, L-Shape Bench Seating

Opposite of our long entry steps, we’ve included a L-Shaped Corner Bench seat. We designed this with an L-Shape because we wanted it to comfortably seat multiple swimmers. This is a great zone to relax after playing some water games or lap swimming. Additionally, you have the freedom to light it up at night with LED lighting to create an intimate space. Hop in for some fun conversation or to relax outdoors.

The Biloxi – A Flat Bottom Fiberglass Pool with 4′ 2.5″ Depth

Perfect Pool for Lap Swimming & Water Games

As you might’ve already imagined, the Biloxi is a perfect contender for a miniature lap swimming pool. The rectangular design of the Biloxi gives the user plenty of space to stretch out. It’s also perfect to exercise before or after work.

The flat bottom layout of the Biloxi makes this swimming pool a perfect contender for outdoor water games. Your guest are going to love playing games without the hassle of a sloping bottom for their feet. Players can stand anywhere due to its flat depth of 4′ 2.5″ across the entire frame.

With such a creative design, what more could you ask for? Looking over it’s specifications, this design resembles a oval / figure-8 design. Because of its free form layout, we classify it as a Free Form pool shape with multiple benches & shallow end entry steps.

Another benefit of this pool design is its overall length of 32′. This swimming pool is a great option for lap swimming and entertaining large parties of people. The Stardust – A Free Form Pool Shape

The Stardust is part of our Free Form swimming pool family. Its repetitive curves generate a unique design that is both interesting and fun. Not only does the Stardust give you plenty of space for swimming, but it also provides some comfortable bench seating. Located in both the shallow end and & deep end, you have plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable.

The Stardust’s free form shape also gives you, the owner, ample opportunity to add some fun design features. You’re free to spruce up the exterior of this fiberglass swimming pool to match your design tastes and lifestyle. Some examples of upgrade features could include:

Travertine (shown above) or Stamped & Stained Concrete Deck
A Basketball or Volleyball game set
A playful set of Deck Jets or Raised Waterfall Grotto (rock waterfall)
Patio furniture or a Deck Mounted Umbrella

The Stardust is a beautiful free-form fiberglass swimming pool. It is classified as a medium-sized pool with a modest deep end of 6′ 6.75″. It provides your swimmers with lots of space to stretch out while enjoying its multiple curves & fun features.

Sporting a Modest Deep End

We designed the Stardust to be very similar to The Taj Mahal, but a bit smaller. Providing an overall size of 13,700 Gallons, the Stardust is designed for small to medium-sized backyards. It also includes a 6′ 6.75″ Deep End that is great for intermediate swimmers.

Shallow End Bench Seating

Similar to The Desert Springs, the Stardust provides our swimmers with plenty of bench seating. We find that a lot of our customers enjoy benching seating because of the comfortable rest areas they provide. Secondly, bench seating is a great area for swimmers to relax, connect and slow down to enjoy the great outdoors.

We want to point out the Deep End Swim Out Seat that we’ve placed in the 6′ 6.75″ deep end of the Stardust. A Swim Out Seat is a popular design option for free-form bodies of water that host a deep end. We’ve included it in this design for the simple reason of giving our swimmers another comfortable rest point inside the pool. It’s a great location to catch your breath and relax between swimming sessions. A great feature that we can’t speak enough about!

The Features of The Stardust

To summarize, the Stardust is a fun-packed fiberglass swimming pool. Its free-form body, shallow & deep end bench seating & medium size make it great for a large portion of our client base. Able to be installed in small to medium-sized backyards, this swimming pool is very popular for its size & design.
